Your  personal data will remain secure and not shared with any third parties.  We collect this data for contacting you and to establish what is the best way forward for you.  All data will remain on company address books for 12months before being archived.  The data you share are for contact and marketing purposes only, to ensure we deliver the best service to you.  Any vehicle data such as scans, logs will remain confidential and not shared with any third parties.  You have the right to request what details we hold on you with a freedom of information request.  This will be honoured in no less than 7 working days, and subject to a minor admin charge.
